Process

Process the design from start to finish.

The start is one of two ways,

• First step: layout for steel size approval, I show all concepts of working mechanics, Block sizes and components for your customers press size.
• Second step: put in Water, Ejection, Support, lifter or slide components, and basic mold construction for a pre-final review for your customer approval.
• Third step: during the review of the pre-final designs, I will start surfacing the runoff (miter), Inserts, Lifters, Slides, clearance, runners and vents.
• Fourth step: Bring Mold Design to completion.

The second process is:

• First step: Combine the First and Second together to a pre-final design done

• Second step: during the review of the pre-final designs, I will start surfacing the runoff (miter), Inserts, Lifters, Slides, clearance, runners and vents.

• Third step: Bring Mold Design to completion.
